Information we collect

- Booking details — passenger names, dates of birth, passport details, travel dates, destinations, seating, meal and assistance requirements.
- Visa application details — information and documents required by the relevant embassy or authority.
- Payment information — processed securely; we do not store full card numbers.
- Special category information — such as health or mobility needs or religious meal requirements, only where you give it to us so we can arrange your travel, and only with your consent.
Enquiry forms and WhatsApp
The enquiry forms on this website do not store or send your details to us directly. When you press "Send on WhatsApp", your answers open as a prefilled message in WhatsApp, which you can review before sending. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms, and its own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it. If you prefer, you can call or email us instead.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and prepare quotations (to take steps at your request before a contract).
- To make and manage your bookings and visa applications (to perform our contract with you).
- To meet our legal and regulatory duties, including ATOL, IATA, tax and anti-fraud requirements (legal obligation).
- To send you offers and news about our services, only where you have agreed or are an existing customer, and you can opt out at any time (consent or legitimate interests).
Who we share it with
To arrange your travel we must share relevant details with airlines, hotels, ground handlers, transfer and Umrah service providers, reservation systems (such as Sabre), insurers, payment providers and government authorities (for example embassies, visa and immigration authorities and border agencies). Some of these are outside the UK, including in Saudi Arabia, Somaliland, Somalia, Kenya and other destinations you travel to. Where we transfer information outside the UK, it is necessary to perform your booking or we use appropriate safeguards. We never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for up to seven years after your travel to meet accounting, tax and regulatory requirements, and enquiry records for up to two years. Passport and visa document copies are deleted once they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You have the right to access the information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
